Transport Drivers:
This opportunity to help save animal lives is scheduled on an as-needed basis. Drivers meet other transport drivers and pick up animals moving from rescues and shelters into the North for adoption. Animals travel approximately 1.5 to 2 hours per volunteer, switching cars along the way. This"railroad" to forever homes is an interregnal piece of life-saving rescue. If you do not have time to foster, you might have an afternoon to help a furry friend make it to safety. Location: Anywhere.
We develop new lines all the time based on volunteer availability. Drivers badly needed in the Northeast, Southeast, and central Appalachia.
